The Opportunity to grow your career 🌈

We are looking for our next Solutions Engineer to join the Customer team in supporting our growing customer base. This is a technical and customer-facing role with touch points across all teams in Growblocks. You will be the bridge between our customers and the product, where you will combine your ability to understand different GTM motions and analyse datasets in order to design our customers’ GTM Data Models in Growblocks.

The right candidate has advanced level of SQL experience, and ideally worked with either SFDC or HubSpot as well supported commercial teams in building out GTM reporting in a BI setup. You should feel comfortable being on customer calls and asking the right questions to understand their business processes.

You will work closely with the product team to feed learnings from your work into product development, and get the chance to work with industry experts in the field of SaaS and revenue growth. You'll be given a lot of autonomy and trust to help shape and create a valuable experience that customers will love.

We are therefore looking for curious minds with excellent communication skills, who are interested in helping drive Growblocks forward.


What You’ll Be Doing – AKA Your Superhero Duties 💪

  • Collaborate with our Customer Success Managers to understand our customers’ key revenue processes

  • Work with our customers to connect their GTM systems to our platform and design their GTM Data models

  • Translate our customers’ raw data into clean data sets

  • Develop scalable processes to efficiently map customer data to our internal data model

  • Use the learnings from the customer delivery process to inform product development


Qualifications – Because Even Superheroes Need Them 🦸‍♂️

  • Work permit in Denmark is a must

  • Strong analytical skills and advanced level of experience working with SQL 

  • Have experience working with Hubspot and/or SFDC

  • Have experience working with operational and/or commercial teams

  • Have experience with the business models of B2B SaaS

  • You have experience in a customer facing role and feel comfortable being their go-to technical contact

  • You are comfortable operating cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift or BigQuery

  • You can explain technical concepts in clear language to non-technical stakeholders

  • You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working across the organisation

  • You have a keen eye for user experience, taking the extra steps to ensure your work contributes to a world class product experience for our customers
